Terms and Conditions

▪ Any on-site changing/holding room for the performer MUST be private and secure. In order to ensure the safety of the performer’s personal belongings, the door must be able to lock. Inner rooms without windows are preferred, but reasonable accommodations can be made (i.e blinds, curtains, etc.)

▪ If necessary, please reserve a parking space for Eddie’s van as close to the changing room as possible. If no on-site changing room is available, a reserved parking spot near the entrance of the event is appreciated.

▪ For appearances lasting longer than 1 hour, the performer will be taking one 15-minute break for every 60 minutes of appearance time.

▪ On-Site Contact: Eddie’s assistant(s) will contact the phone number provided upon arrival on-site at the event if necessary arrangements are needed (i.e. access to on-site changing room, logistics questions, etc). Please provide a phone number for someone who will be on staff or in attendance at the event.

▪ Cancellation Notice: Edelman, LLC reserves the right to cancel or shorten an appearance at any time due to weather or performer health/safety. Appearances at outdoor events are “weather permitting” on the basis of precipitation or heat index.
