My AC died. My wife has asthma, so we needed to get this fixed ASAP. I made 3 calls to local establishments at 1130am. The first place said they would need to charge me for emergency service. The second place I called i got answering machine. The 3rd was Edelman. They sent a tech out immediately, and had my AC working before I got a callback from the second place I called.

Over the past few years, Edelman has provided special pricing for veterans, so when I needed to replace my leaking 15 year old water heater I got bids from them and other local businesses. They were all similar in price, so I chose the company who supports veterans. They provided a high quality water heater, installed by pleasant professional people. They showed up on time and did good work. One of their techs is an Army veteran. Obviously I will continue to use Edelman, and will recommend them to others.

My technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable He went out of his way to see that my furnace was repaired, even after he worked all day and fit me in at the end of the day. He communicated very well ahead of and during appointments. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family. The office communicates clearly and professionally as well. Their cost was more than reasonable and did not take advantage of my old furnace and talk me into more than I needed to be done (as a single mom, I appreciated this). They were a dream to work with.

First I will start with; I contacted 3 different companies, ONLY Edelman Heating answered the phone with a live person. The other companies I had to leave a VM message and they did get back to me within a few hours but quick personalized customer service is VERY important to me. Therefore I scheduled with Edelman Heating. They had someone close by so they sent him later that same day. Nick Romani contacted me about 25 minutes beforehand to let me know he was on the way. I am very impressed with Nick's professionalism, expertise and friendly demeanor. He looked the Furnace and AC system over and found the AC start capacitor was out of amperage specification and recommended I replace it. I am selling my house and I know how disappointing it is when you hit the first hot day and turn on your AC and it doesn't work...it has happened to me. He didn't have the part on his truck but could order it and get quickly, which was ok since it's out of AC weather now anyway. Nick contacted me that same day as he found one at the shop and we setup a time for him to come back and install it. Today Nick installed the new part and then retested the system to confirm there were no further issues or issues with his work. His service was above and beyond what other company's service technicians have provided for me in the past. When I sell my house I will tell the new owners of the wonderful customer service I received from Edelman Heating and I already put Nick's card on the furnace plenum so they won't forget who to call. Thank you Edelman Heating, I really appreciate the caliber of your employees!!

Edelman was a lifesaver in Jan 2019. Our furnace went out when it was -26 degrees and they were there within an hour after calling. The repair took a part that needed to be delivered overnight and by noon the following day our heat was running again. They even helped by ensuring the repair was covered by warranty and took care of the entire claims process. We will always give Edelman a call first for any of our HVAC needs

Just had Mike and crew here to fix two air conditioners. All I can say is wow...three super professional and nice guys showed up and did a long over-due filthy wall unit and one central air unit on my house and did a super job. Most companies would have looked at the moldy units and run for the hills. These guys took the giant unit out from a second floor shop, down steep stairs, with one guy 30 feet up on a ladder on the outside and cleaned the unit outside in the grass. They did all this with a smile on their faces and a can-do attitude!!! My central air unit on the house needed freon added and they were very reasonable with the price on that too. I am a 1st time customer and am super-impressed and will use many times in the future for sure.
